What is Neurological Relief Centers Technique?
When you have had physical trauma (usually compressive like a whip lash, a strenuous lift or a fall) or severe emotional stress, tension can build up at the base of your skull and pull on the meninges. The meninges are a firm, connective type of soft tissue that surrounds your brain, spinal cord and nerve roots as they exit the spine. This tension causes the meninges to become compressed, a soft tissue injury results and the TONE or vibration of the nervous system decreases.
What is the meninges?
The meninges are the connective tissue that surrounds the brain, spinal cord and nerves to where they exit the vertebrae. There are 3 layers to the meninges(some authors say 2), the dura mater, the arachnoid mater & the pia mater. If you have heard of meningitis, that is an inflammation of these tissues.
Will I be cured?
Many diagnoses are made from a collection of symptoms, when a certain combination of symptoms present themselves the doctor will offer a diagnosis that corresponds. We make no claim to cure the diagnosis, however we have found that many people find relief from some or even all of the symptoms that make up the diagnosis.
